Voluminous wools are made of synthetic or natural staple fibers. They are used to produce winter clothes, jackets, trousers, working clothes, duvets, toys, pillows, and most of all, mattresses and upholstered furniture.
Silicon wool:
- Raw material: 100% hollow silicon fibers
- Weight: between 60 g/m2 and 400 g/m2
- Width: between 1,50 m and 2,40 m
- Packaging: in rolls of 10 to 15 kg per bag
Polyester wool:
- Raw material: 100% polyester
- Weight: between 60 g/m2 and 400 g/m2
- Width: between 1,50 m and 3,20 m
- Packaging: in rolls of 10 to 15 kg per bag
- They do not lose their thickness
Thermally processed wool:
- The weight ranges between 50 g/m2 and 500 g/m2, depending on the client’s requirements
- Application: clothes, filter applications, home textile, upholstered furniture
- It is kept in vacuum or non-vacuum polyethylene bags
